   ซี่โครงอ่อน  เป็นกระดูกส่วนโค้งที่ต่อออกมาจากกระดูกซี่โครง เป็นชายซี่โครงโค้งเข้าใกล้ช่วงท้อง จึงมีความอ่อน ยืดหยุ่นได้ กระดูกแกนกลางระหว่างเนื้อเป็นรูปทรงกระบอก มีรูปทรงต่างจากกระดูกอ่อน ที่กระดูกตรงกลางเป็นทรงแบน

   Pork Soft Bone  Great for cooking soup or frying with savoury sauces, cubed for convenient cooking. Our Soft Bones are pearl soft bones / true soft bones. Cut from the sternum, only one strip per pig.
