   Lamb Cutlets  are one of the most tender, prized cuts of the lamb that come from the rib of the lamb and each rack of lamb ribs usually consists of 8 lamb chops or cutlets. It has deep meaty flavor and soft texture. Good for grill, bbq, pan fry or smoke them.
